Graduate programs in the Department of Electrical Engineering (EE) consist of:

Three Major Areas of Concentration

Communications and Signal Processing

Energy Systems

Microelectronics, Photonics and Materials

Each student elects, according to a major area chosen, an initial EE faculty advisor at the time of entrance into the EE graduate program. A list of EE faculty members and brief listing of their areas of specialization can be found here. The faculty advisor will help plan the student's program to meet the student's educational goal and answer questions about graduate studies.
